Dana supports the design, implementation, and ongoing management of critical organizational systems that enable effective program delivery and growth across GMA, including for performance measurement, grants management, fundraising, and cross-functional operation. Prior to GMA, Dana worked in Operations at the Aspen Institute, supporting teams including ZEMBA through contract and budget management, cross-team systems development, and coordination across external vendors and stakeholders. Before her time at the Aspen Institute, Dana worked with the nonprofit Environment Massachusetts to support research and advocacy efforts focused on advancing environmental policy and public engagement. She holds Bachelor’s Degree in Earth and Environmental Science from Boston Universitym and is based in Vienna, VA.
