Lily has a background in customer success and project management, with experience in climate risk and adaptation. In her role at GMA, she directly supports the executive leadership team, acts as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and conducts analyst research across all of GMA’s sector initiatives. Before joining GMA, Lily worked for Tetra Tech embedded at the USAID Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance where she conducted climate risk analysis and supported multilateral cooperation. Earlier in her career, Lily worked for Marriott and WeWork leading operational excellence projects and facilitating relationships with enterprise clients. Lily holds a BS in Hotel and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MA in Climate and Society from Columbia University.
