Ariel has a background in environmental sustainability sciences and chemistry, with experience supporting R&D efforts at climate-tech start-ups. As a summer intern at GMA, she supports the Sustainable Aviation Buyers Alliance (SABA) team. Prior to GMA, Ariel was a Product R&D Co-op at Sublime Systems, where she led experiments supporting the development of clean cement. For a second co-op, Ariel was the R&D Engineer Co-op at Lydian Labs, where she was on the catalyst development team working to optimize sustainable aviation fuel.
Ariel recently graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Sustainability Sciences and Chemistry with a minor in Sociology from Northeastern University. During her time there, she was the Co-President of EcoScholars, an environmental education club focused on teaching students in the Boston area about sustainability and environmental impact. In addition, she was the Student Sustainability Co-Chair, where she facilitated sustainability communication between students and the institution, focusing on making sustainability resources and opportunities available for all students. She is based in Boston, MA.
